At Bocchinfuso Funeral Home, we understand grief. We see it on a daily basis. We know that grief has a way of entering and settling inside your body; not just your mind. Grief can be painful; sometimes it can feel like an actual weight that bogs you down.
We want to help you move through it. So starting this October 19, 2019, we are offering free Mindfulness for Grief sessions, to help lift that heavy burden from your heart. Mindfulness is a holistic and ancient practice that creates skills to move through painful emotions with privacy, safety and compassion. The techniques can be woven into everyday life and can be adapted to suit all bodies, of any age.
No previous experience is necessary.
Our four-week program will be facilitated by a senior instructor who has 20 years experience.
Many of you know Cheryl Gordon, founder, former owner, and current instructor at the Yoga Centre of Niagara. Kind and compassionate, Cheryl is dedicated to enhancing health and wellness, and has walked the path of grief as a young widow. We invite you to come find relief and healing, during four consecutive Saturday mornings in October and November at the Bocchinfuso Funeral Home, 2 Regent Street in Thorold.
We welcome you to attend these Mindfulness sessions free of charge. We ask only that you pre-register, by emailing Kelly@bocchinfusofh.com, or by calling 905-227-0161.
